2012, Week Fifty-Two

The boys enjoyed taking a spin at Grandma Sheila's house on Christmas Eve.
Image
What could be better than being with family during the holidays?
Image
Anxiously awaiting the arrival of present opening time!
Image
Aunt Shannon sure knows how to make kids laugh.
Image
Spider brothers and their new Christmas Eve pajamas!
Image
Merry Christmas!  We were happy to sleep in until the boys woke up later than normal.
Image
We had a wonderful Christmas morning!
Image
Silly Keegan really got into the train set.  He was quite proud of himself.
Image
Santa gave us music lessons in the form of the Rock Band game!
Image
 We had a white Christmas!
Image
The Goldings stopped by for a visit later in the week for an awesome jam session.
Image
The Kellys joined us for the remainder of the week and brought Just Dance 4.
Image
We had a lot of laughs, especially when Dallin would jump in for a freestyle maneuver.
Image
Most of our Christmas snow melted but the industrious kids gathered enough to build a snowman.
Image
Nintendo's latest and greatest system was a huge hit because five people could play at the same time!  Another milestone here, Dallin played his first Mario game.
Image
Keegan and Vincent had an absolute blast making a mess with Taika.
Image
Grandma Sheila sure loves her boys!
Image
The bad news?  We eventually had to return home.
The good news?  The Golding's were there!
Sometimes when we play games into the wee hours of the night, things go a little off script.
Image
Early risers they may be but these kids were all smiles.
Image
 Group shot!
Image
Ooh look! More presents waited for our return!

2013, Week Fifty-One

It snowed!  Granted, not a lot of snow, but we'll take it!
Image
Keegan showing off his massive muscles.
Image
The holiday concert was spectacular, even if a lot of people had to stand the entire time.  Talk about a packed house!
Image
And now, it's time to show Keegan's newest fantastic feat.  Looks like someone is taking the initiative and making themselves a bowl of cereal!
Image
Dallin was so excited about his Christmas present to his teacher that he begged to have his picture taken with it.
Image
Not only did the Kelly kids stop by for a fun afternoon, so did the Creeks!
Image
The Kellys once again hosted a wonderful holiday party with great friends, delicious food, and ...
Image
 SANTA!!
Image
So many kids but it's nothing Santa can't handle.
Image
Merry Christmas from our home to yours.
Image
An uneventful, if slow trip to Grandma's was fun as always.  Keegan sometimes loves his meals so much that he starts dancing, much to the delight of everyone else, as you can see below.
Image
It's always a hilarious time with Aunt Shannon, Uncle Danny, and Grandma Sheila!

2012, Week Fifty

Keegan joined in for even more racquetball this week.
Image
The boys could not wait for Grandma Denise to get out of the shower so they played right next to the bathroom door and talked to her.
Image
SyKart racing with Christmas lights!  We had the place to ourselves, which was sweet!  Unfortunately, Grandma got slammed into a wall a bit too hard and Grandpa actually cracked a few ribs!  Yikes!
Image
 This is just too cute!
Image
Thank you for coming up to visit us, Grandma and Grandpa!  We miss you already!
Image
Now that's what we call brotherly love.
Image
Check out the ridiculously huge apple that Keegan ate!
Image
 What brave boys!
Image
Dallin's friend, Sawyer, celebrated his birthday party at a bouncy house!  The photo below was about the only time those two remained still during the fun.
Image
Look out, Keegan!  The older boys are coming to get you!
Image
 Blue lips!
Image
Missy and Shawn had a wonderful night at Shawn's work holiday party but we got to play with the kids.
Image
Our church had a holiday themed talent show full of heartfelt songs and laughter.

2012, Week Forty-Nine, Part Two

We discovered a delicious Thai restaurant with a ton of elephants.
Image
Orlando and his Father enjoyed playing racquetball every other day.
Image
Dallin impressed his Grandparents at his swimming lessons.
Image
Who knows what these guys were trying to do.  Bunch a goofballs.
Image
Now that is a big leg.
Image
What a masquerade!
Image
Life imitates art imitates death imitates life and Dallin was super silly.
Image
Keegan loves to say "cheese" for the camera!
Image
The new space center at the museum of flight recently opened so we had to visit.
Image
We're inside a space shuttle!
Image
Nothing can ignite the imagination quite as well as space travel.
Image
Grandpa Mushroom shared his book in progress with the boys.  One of his characters is named after Keegan!
Image
Guess who we met at Tara's work?  Santa!
Image
Keegan was too cute with his reindeer nose.
Image
Don't worry about the dragon.  He's just miffed that he missed the memo about the blue polo shirts.
Image
We ran into Santa again at the store!
Image
Dallin sure loves those leaves.
Image
Tara loves to spend as much time with her boys as she can.
Image
We took in an incredible laser light show with a variety of  number one hits.  It was awesome to see Dallin and Keegan dance and groove.
Keegan is so fascinated with any animal, but especially those that fly.
Image
While everyone else watched an incredible 3-D Imax movie about butterflies, Tara and Keegan had their own adventure.
Image
A new touch sensitive floor kept the boys so engaged that sweat was dripping.
Image
We and a lot of other friends gathered to experience the awesome wonder of Ryan's musical Christmas light show.
Image
Quite a surprise!
Congratulations Emily + Ryan!!!

A candid shot of the guys getting ready for church on Sunday.

The California Grandparents will still be here next week!
