Now this is a rare sight indeed. Keegan happy in the car! Most likely because Grandma and Grandpa Montoya are making the car ride fun.
Well, Grandpa outdid himself while playing with Dallin and dropped dead just like Marlon Brando in The Godfather. Dallin, ever the sweetheart, was kind enough to outline his Grandfather's corpse.
We had a wonderful and fun evening at the Kellys.
En route to the Seattle Storm game!
Oh no! Dallin was captured by the robo-squid!
Dallin's first basketball game and he loved it! The fact that he had those inflatable rally instruments may have helped too.
The Storm were up by 13 points with less than 4 minutes left in the game and a win seemed inevitable. But the Indiana Fever rallied with an amazing comeback including a three-point shot at the buzzer to claim victory. We would have been devastated by the unfortunate turn of events except that we had such a wonderful time and Dallin won this free Seattle Storm shirt!
We were thankful for Tara who opted to stay home with Keegan so we could enjoy an enjoyable night out together. Thank you Tara!
As it turned out, we were able to give our good friend Debbie a ride home from Seattle.
To illustrate just how much fun we had, here's Grandpa Mushroom's hilarious hamburger bit. (Sorry about the shaking camera. It was recorded using the iPhone (no image stabilization) and we we laughing too hard!)
