Hi!  My name is Allison.

I am the half of the Blogivers that authors this blog, which started out as a way for Wade (that’s my other half) and me to keep up with our family and friends in Texas while we were living in Utah (nope, we’re not Mormon). We got married in 2006 and spent the first 2 years of our marriage living there.

We loved it in Utah, but in the end, our hearts were still in Texas and we moved back in 2008 to start our family there. In 2011, our sweet baby boy, Davis, was born.

In 2013, our sweet baby girl, Avery, was born.

I am now a stay-at-home mom who spends my days meeting the needs of these two small, crazy humans who are both endlessly entertaining and exhausting at once. And I wouldn’t trade it for the world.

Other things you should know about me: I have an unhealthy addiction to Starbucks caramel frappuccinos, I have an identical twin sister who is just as awesome as I am, and I cannot sleep at night if my dishwasher is not loaded in the proper fashion.
