Okay, okay, I concede. I am updating my blog. Everyone I am updating my blog!

I am not going to try to catch up because it will take way too long. So here are some things that have been happening lately.

Emma turned 1 on Halloween (Oct. 31st)! She had absolutely no problem digging into her cake. She looks happy doesn't she.
She also loves to sing. We will sing a song and then you can hear her after we get done just singin' away. It is so dang cute.

Liv is obviously really awesome! She is having tons of fun in school learning to read.


Did someone say Choo, Choo! Ethan is nuts for trains. All he asked for at Christmas was trains. Anything to do with trains.

Okay so here is our version of the Christmas story. My kids are natural actors. Just wait until you see the next picture.

This is Olivia's first day of school. She gets to wear a uniform. YEAH! She loves school and her teacher. She does really well with math. She can do her doubles addition problems up to 10+10 from memory. I'm pretty sure I was in like 3rd grade before I did that (j/k).

Wow! A new gun!

Too bad Dad got a cap gun and he hates the noise. But don't worry we threw away the caps.

As you can tell Emma has lots and lots of fun. Isn't she the cutest?

O.K. How cute is this. Ethan was sharing his popsicle with Emma. Of course it had to be a red popsicle. But it was worth the cute picture.

Here is our little cutie. She is always full of wonderful smiles.

Ethan got into Olivia's play makeup. Maybe he is some sort of a super hero.

Here they are on our annual trip to Lagoon. They had tons of fun. This is Ethan's favorite ride.

Emma had tons of fun with a huge Tweety Bird that Olivia won for her. She threw darts!

Liv had tons and tons of fun in the water.

Ethan loves to help in the yard. I was pulling weeds and collecting rocks one day and Ethan decided he wanted to help. I ran in the house to get something and came out to find him with my gloves on putting rocks in the wheel barrow.

Our summer has been awesome. We have had a ton of fun. Coming soon are first days of school and pumpkin picking.

Going Back In Time To San Diego

I decided it was time to join the mainstream and do a blog spot. I wanted to go back to the first of the summer when we went on our first family trip. Our destination, San Diego!!!! We had sooooo much fun, I wanted to share the joy.

On the long stretch of road between Vegas and San Diego we stopped at Chucky Cheese to give the kids a break. Here is our beautiful Emma! Ah!

Ethan loved Chucky Cheese if you can't tell.

We ate very well while we were down there. Mussels, Crab, & Lobster. Yum! Yum!

The kids kept feeding the bird. It loved them. It wasn't until we were leaving that I noticed a sign asking patrons not to feed the birds. Oops!

And here she is, Shamu. Of course we went to Sea World.

The kids loved this part.

I really liked seeing the dolphins up close. And they take great pictures!

Olivia had the time of her life playing in the waves. She couldn't get enough of the beach.

And here is Ethan running away. (He was a little scared of the water).

But after he saw how much fun Olivia was having he decided it couldn't be that bad.

One of the days we were there it rained! You think that would be bad, but not for us. We got to go to a train museum. Ethan was in heaven! He even got a Thomas shirt out of the deal. Olivia got bored after about 15 minutes.

We got to visit our friends Brandon & Marie Jensen down in Bicknell (wherever that is). We also got to see my brother Nathan and his family in Yuma, Arizona. It was an awesome vacation and we will do it again soon. Well, I will update you with the rest of our summer soon. Have a great day!
