Taegan's new ride

We bought Taegan and Nash a red chevy power wheels truck and they love it. Taegan doesn't want to sleep or even go get ice cream because she wants to stay in the truck. There is a pretend CB radio in the car that she thinks is an Ipod and she will go get pennies in the change jar and put them in her truck for a "change drawer" She will also buckle in her baby when Nash doesn't want to ride anymore. They look so funny in it. We have a huge field in the back of our house that is all grass, it looks like a horse pasture but there aren't horses, she rides it all over there.

Maui

We just got back from Hawaii, well about a month ago but we want to go back. We had so much fun for a week without kids! We went with Trentons sister and her husband, Sean and Lynsee. We stayed on Maui in some condos. We mostly hung out at the beach and did the "road to Hana" one day. Since we didn't want to look like stupid trying to surf with the locals, we went to a wave machine and practiced, but of course I could barely get up. It was really fun though. We also went to a show called Warren and Annabelles. When I heard it was 3 hours long, I knew I would be sick of it, but I ended up not wanting to leave. It was a magic/comedy show and it was really good.

Utah!

We made it to Utah and we found a place to live in Lehi. We havent had the best of luck since we got here including our camera breaking so i dont have any pictures, but the kids like it here and they love being close to family. We like our new place and the neighborhood but miss our Kirksville friends. Trenton has studied more in the past two weeks than he did the last two years, so hopefully he will do well on his boards in 9 days! He has to take the boards on his birthday! Its been a while but I'm posting pictures that my friend Melanie took in kirksville.

3!

Taegan turned 3 on Friday. She got a new bike which she has a love-hate relationship with. She had dance class and then we had a birthday party with her friends. For lunch she could have anything she wanted and she just wanted chips and salsa.

Reasons we love Taegan

she runs out to the car whenever we pull up.
whenever we leave she runs outside to wave and wait for us to honk.
She never slows down.
She likes to teach Nash things, and is really sweet to him when she thinks we aren't watching.
She will only wear her hair down so she can see it laying on her shoulder.
She has eaten a waffle every single morning for an entire year.
I love her eyes.
She changes outfits 3 times a day.
Her favorite toy is still her baby stroller
Her favorite game is playing catch.
She doesn't watch the Wiggles as much anymore.
She has the best dance moves.
Her favorite color is blue.

For Easter this year we had an easter egg hunt at the school, then it was our first year coloring eggs and doing Easter baskets. Taegan loved it.
