• Are there any upfront costs?

  Nope. Your fixed monthly membership includes the initial build and ongoing management of your website.

  The only thing you’ll have to pay for outside of your membership is your website domain name (URL). We make sure our clients always have full ownership and control of their domain name, ensuring you’ll never be locked into one of our plans.

• Can I really submit 'unlimited' updates?

  Yes! We believe your website should constantly evolve along with your business. That’s why our plans allow you to make unlimited changes to your website for no extra charge.

  You’ll be able to submit website updates directly from your website management portal and we’ll tackle each update one at a time. Most updates are completed within 72 hours!

• How long does the initial website build take?

  The initial website build typically takes 4-6 weeks, although this can vary based on the size and complexity of the website.

• What if I'm not happy with the design of my website?

  You always have two options if you are unhappy with your website experience:

  1. Realign & redesign — If you aren’t happy with your current website, we can schedule a meeting to realign on strategy and create a brand new, refreshed website (included in your membership).

  2. Cancel your membership — You can cancel your membership at any time, no questions asked. Upon cancellation, your website will become inactive. We provide a 30-day ‘download period’ to download all of the files, assets, and deliverables related to your website. This ensures that you have access to all the work we’ve completed for you.

  *Please note — we are only able to provide website support for active website members.

• Can you just update my existing website?

  We aren’t able to service websites built by other providers. We start every project from scratch so that we can build you something that is rock solid from the ground up. We want to make sure the job is done right so that your site can function as an asset to your business for years to come.

  If there are components of your current website that you like, just let us know and we’ll make sure to build something that functions similarly.

• Do I own my website?

  Yes! You have complete ownership of everything we build.
