7 Months Old!

I cannot believe how fast time has gone by but this little girl is now 7 months old. She is such a good baby and is a little too attached to her mom and dad. We have learned in the past little while that she is going to be a handful. We thought Tony was busy, but I think she will surpass her brother on this one. She is into anything and everything she can find and loves to play in Tony's room. Kayla adores her brother and wants to be as big as he is. We all love and adore her and who wouldn't especially with that smile!

  7. Loves the freedom of being able to move on her own.

  9. Anything and everything Tony does.
  10. Dogs!

Father and Son outings

Tracy and Anthony have been going on father and son outings. I tried to get Tracy to post this, but its been two weeks since I asked so I will do my best. The first outing was on Memorial Day weekend and Anthony got to go see Thomas the tank engine. When asked how it was he simply replied, "it was fun". Thanks to Amanda and her family for letting them stay and going with them. Tony had a blast and is still pretending that he is having sleep overs with Kade and Kendal. Sorry about the little guy getting car sick in your vehicle Amanda. While the boys were gone I did a lot of reading and Kayla did a lot of sleeping. We rarely have peace and quite time around our house these days.

A little of everything.

We are a little behind in posting some pictures on the blog. We have been busy around here with getting a yard, playing outside all day, and our every day to day hassles. I have been listening to books and scrapbooking rather than posting pictures on the blog. Kayla is now 5 months old and is getting bigger and bigger. She turned 5 months and got 2 teeth on the bottom all with in one week. Anthony spends every minute he can outside now that he has some grass, a trampoline, and a sand box to play in. He is constantly on the go. So here are a few random shots from the past couple of months. Meanwhile Kayla is learning how to scoot around while I am posting this blog. She has now made it off her blanket, and if she is anything like her brother nothing will slow her down.

Image Kayla had some new pictures taken a few weeks back.
We got lots of cute pictures for how tired she was that day.

Blessing Day!

Here are some pictures from Kayla's blessing. It was such a special day and we want to thank everyone for coming down and sharing this time with us. Image My mom made her dress. It turned out great. I'm glad she is willing to do this and create special keepsakes.

Harry Potter Sighted!! That is at the local walmart.

Image
The other day while we were all shopping in Walmart Tony spotted Harry Potter. He was so excited to see that Harry was still shopping just like he was. Tracy and I looked around and sure enough there was a boy with glasses, messy brown hair, and pretty skinny right in front of us. He had all the same characteristics as the real character. I think Tony failed to notice the whole family was sporting glasses as well. We are still laughing about it and wondering how many other kids that are three can recognize Harry Potter. This particular three year old must spend too much time with his mom, and encourage her craze for anything Harry by watching the movies with her during the afternoons when nothing else is going on. I just hope he grows up with a love for reading the books instead of just watching the movies.

Ice Fishing with Dad

Image

Tony was sure excited to go ice fishing with Devin Monroe, Carter, and dad. It was a good thing Devin had an Ice fishing tent because it was cold and snowy when we first got there. The fishing was slow, so we went and played on the lake.

Image
Tony thought it was pretty cool that he could stand on the lake.
