    I switched my dog from a harness leash to this type of leash at the advice of our dog trainer because my dog likes to pull. It is still a work in progress but I do feel like I have more control because of how sturdy this leash is. I really appreciate the squishy handle, it’s such a good idea and I’m surprised I don’t see it on more leashes out there. My only complaint is that the plastic piece hear the handle came loose and slides down the leash and the piece that adjusts the size of the collar is also loose so sometimes the collar size gets too big and he can slip out. I would replace it if I could

    Good quality, and perfect to use with our dogs. I particularly like the limiter that keeps the loop from tightening around the dogs neck. They could increase the color seclection.

    We ordered two of these. One for our pitbull puppy and the other for our senior rottweiler. They both arrived on time so no issues with shipping.

    Leash 1 - Came twisted and bound up, somehow it would never loosen or go slack like a normal lead. With-in a few days the insides of the leash came busting out in two places. We have stopped using this leash all together.

    Leash 2 - Felt like a normal leash, didn't feel bound up so it released properly after giving a correction. We figured 1 out of 2 wasn't bad and these were pretty cheap/inexpensive. This week the guts from leash two came busting out. Its still usable but we are replacing it anyway.

    Overall these are cheap and hit or miss on how long they will last.

Tips for Use (Read twice before walking your dog) 1. The loop should sit high on the neck towards the ears to avoid causing the dog to cough or choke. 2. Stabilize and control the lead – Now place your left hand on the lead approximately 2 feet above your dog so you have both hands on the leash. In this way, you are able to guide and control your dog with your both hands, thus controlling all aspects of your dog’s movements. 4. Keep dogs guessing by changing directions – Dogs will resist constant pressure, meaning the longer you pull back and the more pressure you put on your dog’s lead, the harder they will pull forward. Changing directions every time your dog pulls forward can be helpful.
