Your body need to recuperate the in order to perform it need the fuel so it can ignite with passion.
Its not just a matter of buying a bunch of supplements such as Argenine, Creatine, BCAA´s, Glutamine or Protein Supplements and utilize pre and post windows of training.
Optimal and natural performance need continuous growth and fueling your every cell of your body, hydrating it so it can go to battle for you every day. Its important when we fuel the body that we focus on healthy nutrition free of preservatives/organic that can boost energy and give balance to the body so it can be shifted into performance gear.
How to eat healthy, eat for performance, eat to combat is the key to bring your best self every day.
We offer food charts and great food recipe´s whether you are planning for growth or leaning down in order to show some definition in your muscles. We also offer a maintenance plan so you can maintain your gains.
In maintenance mode you can however not push yourself with heavy weights as the energy consumption is not the same as in growth phase where your have space and room to grow and push yourself with heavy weights to put on that size and bulk that you desire.
When leaning down experiencing a popular "cut" emphasize will be most on definition and more repetitions with low weight to feel that burn in your body so we can sculpt your body and make it beach ready.
The below plans are 3 x 12 weeks plans. You follow each plan for 12 weeks whether you will like to gain strength or cut down with definition or you want to go on maintenance mode.
Stick with the nutrition plan of the athlete´s and apply a structured workout plan then shift the nutrition for a couple of weeks then back again according to your goals. Its simple as that!
