This Juneteenth weekend, gather with us for a virtual panel where three psychologists from The Black Girl Doctor sit down for a powerful conversation about wellness as both a personal practice and a collective revolution. Together, we will explore:
What it looks like to live the soft life and embrace mental wellness, unapologetically, in today's world (even in the face of hard truths)
Mental emancipation—the mental toll of the shifting political climate, and what it takes to free ourselves from internalized pressure to overwork, overextend, and prove our worth
Tools for thriving in spaces not built for Black folks and how to keep making joy as a radical act of resistance
Expect candid reflections, real strategies, and a whole lot of affirmation. It’s a Saturday to come together, reflect, and reset. Come as you are. Leave feeling seen, supported, and with your cup running over!
