The Only Way Out Is Through ~ An Indigenous Perspective on Surviving, Being Witnesses, Bystanders, and Beneficiaries to Genocide    | Queer Mikveh Project RSVP

November 20th, 2025
4pm-6pm PST / 7pm-9pm EST

As we witness the genocide in Gaza live streamed to us every day on our phones, how do we hold onto our hearts, humanity, and hope? How do we absorb the impact of what we are seeing? What do we do next?

Come hear from Rosa Blumenfeld-Romero, Indigenous woman from the Muisca nation in Colombia, raised in the Jewish community. She is the Founder of Reclaiming Indigeneity, an educational platform for reconnecting Natives and allies on stolen Native lands, and Casa Romero, a land back project, Decolonization Retreat Center and Traditional Medicine School in Boyacá, Colombia. Rosa also has a Bachelor’s degree in Middle Eastern Civilizations and Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Toronto.

All allies welcome regardless of religious affiliation, gender or sexual orientation.
