April

Our first family pet:One died after falling in the freshly bleached toilet for the tanks first cleaning. The other followed a couple of weeks later.
We met up with my mom, Casie and her kids in St. George for my foster brothers wedding and decided to go to the very cool splash pad. They had a great time just being together!

After that, I went hard at work making 15 of these little puppies for Logan and his party guests:
That was a big job but so worth it after seeing 15 happy kids. Birthday pictures to come.
Easter:





We had a fun Easter just doing the traditional stuff. All in all it was a good month. Busy but good!

Random March update

So my computer has had problems since May which is why I am so behind but I'm going to do a quick catch up in no particular order through little posts. Here is one:
Kim, Erin and I went to California to see the play, Wicked with a bunch of other girls. We had a blast!
Logan and I painted a box and made it a "lizard habitat" that he wanted to wrap and give to his lizard friends. I thought it was so cute-
Also, Logan went to the Dentist for his first time. If you know Logan, you know he is scared of everything. He is now brave enough to go down all the slides at the park :) So when I took him to the Dentist, he really surprised me and thought it was fun.

After:He came out with two new rockets, a lion toothbrush with accessories and some pearly whites. He did great! I'm proud of my buddy!!!

The Best Field Trip EVER!

Logan goes on field trips once a month and they are related to the theme of each month. Well, Januaury's theme was Community Helpers and since there is a fire station just up the street we decided to go there. My goodness we had a blast and I have never met such nice people! They were thrilled to have us. First they watched a movie. Then we got to go see the ladder truck and what they wear. When the fire engine got back, they all got to spray the hose. The kids were so excited about it all. At the end they gave the kids hats, coloring books, and stickers. That was a good day!

February

Oh, the simple joys in life...

We had the Valentines Preschool Party at my house and they had so much fun, thanks to all the Moms! There was of course Valentines and cupcakes.

Also there were lots of fun games and crafts that they really enjoyed.

Logan LOVES preschool and Kaitlyn LOVES cupcakes :)

Family Fun in Red Rock Logan impressed us with his climbing skills!

Logan got tickets to Disney on Ice for Christmas from Grandma and Grandpa Parry and we had a great time. This was of course his favorite part.

Snow in Las Vegas? What?!

Yup, it snowed. We were excited. Trevor woke Logan up and we rushed outside before it was gone. You can tell by our outfits that we don't get much snow. We had a good hour to play in it and we built a little snowman. The kids thought it was great. Not even an hour later, it was all melted.

Christmas 2010

So we have this tradition at the Parry house (along with many others) to open one present each and it's always Christmas pajamas. Then we all get together and take pictures of everyone in their pj's. But we forgot to take one as a family.

This was the best we could do with the amount of kids. Maybe in like, 10 years they'll all stay still and look at the camera.

Christmas just gets better every year now that our kids are starting to understand it. Logan was speechless and shocked. He didn't even notice any of the big unwrapped Santa presents. He was just amazed with the 5 presents under the tree. Most all of them were in the corners of the room. Kaitlyn could have cared less about the unwrapping part but loved her presents. We had the best Christmas yet! Thank you thank you to everyone who was apart of it!!!

So this preschool co-op stuff is keeping us busy... in a good way! In November we took a field trip to the Anderson Dairy and I couldn't help but post these pictures. They are so dang cute!

And I finally got a good picture of little Sissy in her Christmas Sunday best. So stinkin' cute!

Utah vs. Notre Dame Trip

So while we were at Disneyland and California Adventures, Trevor and the boys were in Chicago. They had fun and he also has the photos to prove it:



He says they ate, walked, ate, did a lot of sight seeing, ate some more, went to the football game, and did some more eating. Hmm... must be nice :) Glad they had fun!
