👏 @gnfk_van opens the doors of its new home at 245 E. Hastings! This is a long time coming - they’ve been serving meals from a mobile van since 2006. Now they can prepare & distribute their healthy meals on site and offer other support services! #vancouver #loveallfeedall

My motion to expedite street reallocation so residents can safely distance during the pandemic passed! Signage on my jog this AM: walkers, joggers, cyclists & cars all sharing space. The pandemic is also a catalyst for bold, long term thinking on public space.#vanpoli #leadership

I’m shocked to read the public opposition to this application. One of the top issues I heard on the doorstep last fall was the need for more childcare. Council has set direction to prioritize more spaces; this isn’t in line with that direction so clearly more work to do. #vanpoli
