    Nice example of how measuring hop distance only fools us in ACLR patients as per bjsm.bmj.com/content/early/… This ACLR guy figured out how to hop the same distance, but generates less knee power in doing so @BJSM_BMJ @RoaldBahr @erikMeira @EIPConsult @JanEkstrand @mickwhughes

    Nordics not only prevent hamstring injury, but they make you about 4% faster over 10m, about 40cm enough to win the ball & maybe the game

    Nothing comes close to sprinting for load on the hamstrings - biggest bang for your rehab buck by far

    90% of time-loss hamstring injuries preceded by a non-time-loss "niggle" in the week prior, but players don't complete the surveys. More engagement might come if they understand niggles can be harbingers & injuries could be avoided if reported & acted on doi.org/10.1080/247339…

    You could think of buying musculoskeletalframework.net as a US$15 donation to MSK research but this ebook really is the clearest explanation of a complete clinical reasoning framework I've ever seen I wish I had seen this as a recent grad, but glad I've got it now Just buy it Now
