    Today's progress: A directional arrow that points where to go if you have a route plotted (uses pathfinding as opposed to just pointing as-the-crow-flies, so you shouldn't get stuck!) #gamedev #indiedev

    The idea behind this method of speeding up time was to give the player a legit reason to visit diners, bars, etc. In a lot of games, there isn't much value to visiting everyday places like that, which makes the player feel a bit alien.

    Starting a *much* needed AI re-write for Shadows. The current system is old and doesn't work properly with all the new stuff I've added in the last 6 months. Like this doormat, which it thinks is a person in its way. #GameDev #IndieDev #ScreenshotSaturday
