- The official count of participants of Day 1 of Comic Market 105 on December 29, 2024 is 150,000. While the sun is now setting into the evening, most people are heading out and some circles are coming to setup their tables for tomorrow, crossing each other in the Entrance Plaza
- The Co-Representatives are giving a Review of C105. Today saw again 150,000 participants, making the total of 300,000 in two days, +40,000 over last summer. Also, there were participants from at least 75 countries and regions as far as we are aware of. A new record!
- All of you going home, please don’t forget Comiket is not totally over until you are home safe. Being tired after excitement is the most dangerous moment. Stay dilligent, stay safe, get into 2025 with all you treasure intact.
- Just two more days to Comic Market 106! As many of you are participating for the first time, here are some tips for this fun, but “not easy” event. What you hear and actually experience is likely rather different. Please take this 🧵 to heart. Also good for returning participants
