the first thing you want to do on a platform plagued by scams is to create multiple "Official" accounts and insist that both of them are the single official source for system notifications. it's also good to have a "Staff" badge that you don't give to staff accounts sometimes

Having done WAY too much research into this thing I think this is a really example of something happening to be relatively easy to make in Flash because of incidental design choices of the flash editor, but something that requires specialized math to make today
