Chrome in the Dome Car Show!

Image The Girls had a blast at the car show this past weekend at Holt Arena! They are so proud of their Daddy's car and kept saying that his was the best!!
Image Tyler's car took 1st place in the Muscle Car 68-72 category!! We are all so proud of his hard work! It took him about 8years to finish. He put in a lot of hours. The cool part is that he redid almost the entire car all on his own! He is very talented and dedicated when he puts his mind to something. The finished product was well worth the wait!! Way to go Ty!!

Blaykley's 1st Dentist Appointment

Image She was so afraid of going to the dentist. I couldn't talk her into going. It is kind of crazy considering our dentist is her uncle. Anyway, she finally decided she would go with out a fight after she turned four. So, Feb 17th (the day after her birthday) she had her first appt. She was very nervous, but she did great! She didn't cry and did everything they asked of her! Although, she did wave to me about every 30 seconds and told me she loved me a few times!! She was scared! But we got that first time over with!! Hooray!

Image Blaykley's birthday was on Feb 16th so obviously I am way behind! She turned 4. She had a Great birthday! We had two parties; one with all of her cousins at Outerlimits and one with some of her friends. (Of course a Princess Party!) I can't believe my baby is 4. We made dairy free cake and frosting both times so Kaytlyn was able to enjoy it too!!

Tyler's Birthday!!!

Image Tyler's Birthday was on January 16th! This was a pretty big year, even though he says its not! He turned the big 30! I just wanted everyone to know how much I love him and how grateful I am to have him in my life! He is a great Dad and wonderful husband! Happy Birthday Daddy!
Image He looks like he is in his 20s! I still think he is a hotty! I love you!

Christmas Vacation

Image OK I am still trying to get this blog thing down. So the beginning is actually at the bottom. Anyway I hope everyone had a Great Christmas, because we sure did! Tyler and I both had two weeks off, together 24/7 and we didn't even get sick of each other!

Grandpa Kirk made this amazing snow fort and set it up so the next time we go to the cabin we can even sleep in it! (If anyone dares to!)

Image Kaytlyn got a new princess car that comes with a princess phone (of course)!

Image They woke up about 7:30 and couldn't believe Santa really came to our house! Blaykley got The Hungry Hippo game and a Cupcake Maker, the only two things she asked for, so she was really excited!

Image This is how we took Christmas Cookies to our neighbors! The girls really liked delivering them this way!

Image

Image We went skating with The Coopers! We all had a blast but Blaykley only lasted about twenty minutes and then she was ready to be done! Kaytlyn was carried the whole time and seemed to enjoy it! By the end I was pretty tired after carrying Kaytlyn and taking turns trying to show Blaykley what to do. But it was still fun!

The Girls

Image Kaytlyn wasn't so sure of Santa, she was interested but only from a distance!

When we got up close I thought she was going to rip my arm off! She was terrified! (just look closely at her face)Image Funny how Santa is so scary for most young kids!

Blaykley was so excited to tell Santa that she wanted a Cupcake Maker and Hungry Hippos. She walked right up to him, told him and then on the way home she said "But Mom, he didn't give me a Cupcake Maker or a Hippo game!?!" Tyler and I were laughing so hard and realized we didn't tell her she had to wait until Christmas day for the gifts!Image I guess we need to be more specific!!

Image We have been trying to get a family photo to make Christmas cards, but it is always an ordeal to get everyone to look and smile at the same time!!

Image Blaykley and Kaytlyn love playing around the Christmas Tree! I am always trying to get them to take a picture together, but usually one won't sit still or won't smile! I finally got some of them both smiling and looking! Hooray!

Family Night Fun!

Image Only Tyler could come up with this idea! We didn't have any candles for the pumpkins, so he wired all of the pumpkins with light bulbs that only use half the power so we don't start our pumpkins on fire. If you want the pumpkins lit up just plug em in!! Once again he is there to save the day!

Our family of four!Image
Kaytlyn loved taking the seeds out and throwing them into the garbage!

Image
Blaykley just kept saying "That's so disgusting Dad!"

Kaytlyn was grunting like she was really trying to pick it up!
