Kinley's 7th Birthday

High School Musical 3

While the guys were hunting, the rest of us went to High School Musical 3. My sister, April and her kids went with us. I liked it better than the 2nd one. The girls loved it. As you can see, Toren wasn't too interested in the movie!! He slept through most of it.

The Mighty Hunters

Not Bad for the First Deer Ever.....
Dallan and the boys went hunting today. Dallan has never shot a deer before today. It was a 5 by 4 points. The span was 20 inches wide. (I was told to put that in there. Apparantly thats important!!)

Camp Floyde

I went to Camp Floyde with Carter for his class fieldtrip. I had never even heard of this place before. Here is a blurb about it...This former military post quartered the largest troop concentration in the United States from 1858 to 1861. About 400 buildings housed the 3,500 troops sent West to suppress an assumed Mormon rebellion. The troops returned East in 1861 for Civil War duty. Only a cemetery and commissary building remain as silent evidence of turbulent Camp Floyd.
It was fun. There were people dressed for that era and they got to make candles,adobe bricks, shoot guns (not real)and see the old school house. It was a great day spent with Carter.

Pumpkin Patch 2008

This is the 2nd Anuual Preston Pumkin Patch Adventure. We went to the pumkin patch with all of the cousins and picked out our pumkins.

Region Football Champions

Taylor played 8th grade football this year. They had a great team and won every single game during the season and then won all 3 play-off games, making them the Regional Champions. They will be going to another tournament next week in Salt Lake.

Lagoon

My youngest sister Cami was competing in a Clogging Competition at Lagoon this weekend, so Jayde & I went to watch her and also go on some rides.

One of Cami's dances was to a song from "Hairspray". Cami's on the left, in case you can't tell. All of her dances took 1st place and some even took the Overalls.
Makenna & Jayde had a lot of fun on the rides.




Cody and his kids were there also.


My sister, April and I tried to get our money's worth and ride a few rides. Their is a new ride called "Wicked", and it is named correctly. It was so fun and we said if we would have only gone on that ride, it would have been worth the money.
