Terms of access and use of the Wapi service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Purpose
Scope of terms of use
These Terms of Service are intended to define the terms of access and use of the Wapi service, a SaaS platform enabling WordPress site management through a GPT conversational interface.
The service is published by Webedia, a Belgian company, registered under VAT number BE0771506524, with its registered office at 367 Avenue Louise, 1050 Bruxelles, Belgique.

Using the service implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

What Wapi offers you
Wapi offers:
User account
Registration and account management
To use the service, you must:
- Create an account with a valid email address
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity conducted from your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, you must inform us immediately.

Pricing and payment
Plans and billing terms
Prices are displayed on the plans page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions are billed according to the chosen frequency (monthly or annual).
Enjoy 7-day free trial when you first subscribe to a paid plan. During this period, your usage is limited to 500 WU.
If you upgrade to a paid subscription before the end of your trial period, you receive a welcome bonus of 1 000 WUX (permanent credits) for free! These credits are never lost and are automatically used when your monthly quota is exhausted.
Refund policy
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
- No refund for the current period
- WUX purchases (permanent credits) are non-refundable
- Lifetime offers are non-refundable
Credit system (WU)
How Wapi Units work
Each action consumes a certain number of WU based on its complexity
Monthly WU are reset each month on the anniversary date
WUX (permanent credits) are never lost, even on downgrade
Unused WU do not roll over to the next month
Service availability
Uptime and maintenance
We strive to keep the service available 24h/24, 7j/7. However, we do not guarantee absolute availability and reserve the right to temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance.
In case of scheduled maintenance, we will endeavor to inform you in advance.
Limitation of liability
Warranties and exclusions
Wapi is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will meet all your needs or that it will be error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
We are not liable for indirect damages, data or profit losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

Rights and licenses
Le service Wapi, son code, son design et sa documentation sont protected by copyright et appartiennent à Webedia SRL ou ses licenciés.
Protected trademarks
The Wapi brand, the squirrel logo and the slogan "Built by a nut, for squirrels"
Your content: You retain all rights to the content you create through the service. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing the service.

The processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Account closure and sanctions
You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account in case of Terms violation, without notice or refund.
Changes to Terms
Changes and notification
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication.
In case of substantial change, we will notify you by email or via a notification on the service at least 30 days before they take effect.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
Applicable legal framework
These Terms are governed by droit belge. In case of dispute, and after failure of any attempt to find an amicable solution, the tribunaux belges shall have sole jurisdiction to hear the dispute.
