Dark and Light
Year of the OX! , yesterday the chinese people celebrated the first day of the Chinese New Year. Fire works again in Suriname. I have to look up what the year of the Ox will bring us.
The Indigenous Moon Calendar already started counting... i think we are already half the new year. So what is it all about. this new.. year.. It is just time passing. One day flowing in to another. Differences between light and dark, dark and light. Seasons change, cold, hot, windy , wet. I could get out my coat, my shawl, or my umbrella or bikini. So for now.. OX, MOON, TIME... Light and dark, dark and light. It is all about light and dark, dark and light. Nature, mind and Soul, it changes into new .. when light becomes dark, dark becomes light.
So I sat with my dear friend on a terras high above the atlantic ocean in the caribbean and we renewed, new can of beers, new cigarette, as the evening moved with the light of the moon, dark and light.. light and dark.
Warana Solutions is a writer's blog, a portal to share my writing, the observations, studies and discussions . The name derives from the Warana Sea Turtle, an unique specie as the population is on decline . I respect the life of the Warana. Her power of being and her trust in nature. The long distance traveling, still always returning to the beach of her birth. Her tremendous effort searching for the best spot for her young ones to grow and for them to find their way into the sea.
