A lovely little gift that we received from a passing trucker north of Dubois.  It actually shattered glass into the car on my lap! Next we went up to Yellowstone and saw the lovely Canyon there. We saw at least 4 buffalo on the road in Hayden Valley--it was so cool!  My favorite hot springs pool--Sapphire pool Old faithful was predicted to go off at 1:36pm (+/- 10 minutes) and this one went off at exactly 1:36pm! pretty amazing predictability. Boiling mud pots Mom and another cool colored pool The beautiful terraces at Mammoth Hot Springs A gorgeous sunset on Lake Yellowstone Mom in front of Yellowstone Falls ...

Mom in front of the Temple's front door.  An amazing store full of a wide variety of fresh fruits...perfect for breakfast each morning! Next, we flew up to Medellin to see Rob. Here was the drug sniffing dog at the entrance of our hotel :)  One of the crazy buses that i remember so well. We happened to arrive the weekend of the festival of flowers.  These "silletas" are carried on the back of poor old guys (silleteros) and they are incredibly beautiful. The apartment i lived in (yellow bldg on rig...
