Could you please advise:
1/ how do we hide the left hand side menu so we can create our own custom menu items?
2/ how can we display the user address and phone fields. Our users have already entered these details and they are stored in the user manager so I need these fields to display in the user profile so they can edit their address and phone

Do hide the left hand menu on the edit account page, you would need to add this CSS to your theme or plugin:
```
.wpum-template.wpum-account-page .wpum_one_third {
    display: none;
}
```
