LaTesta

The story started as an eclectic duo named «La Testapazza» inspired by artists like Sonny Terry, Brownie Mc.Gee, Big Bill Broonzy and Rev. Gary Davis. Their «acoustic blues» made them known in the blues scene of Barcelona. Since the beginning of their collaboration, the duo experiments with multiple genres of music from the European and American continent.
Their repertoire includes calypso, tarantella, chanson francaise, son, samba, gipsy jazz, rock’n roll, bossa nova, delta blues, italian and spanish folk and classic jazz tunes. La Testapazza is currently working on new project that incorporates more than 200 songs in an interactive concert experience.
