Bin’Fa is back online!
The story is long and not as interesting as I sometimes think it is. But, the botom line is this: The Bin’Fa website was down for a bit due to a series of events that were entirely my fault. It is back up and online! More to come.

Theme and Table Presence
Greeting all! I have been speaking with, and working with, some people who are quite experienced when it comes to designing, producing, and publishing successful board games. These conversations have led me to to double down on two things I believe is currently holding this game back: These two things are related, obviously. Since the theme of the game is almost an afterthought, the board and pieces remain lackluster and do not evoke what little theme exists within the game. R.I.P. Ken Hodkinson
From Erika Bird: In the early hours of Saturday morning at 12:10 am my dad left us. Hopefully he will be at peace now. It was not the end I had hoped for him but it is over now we did share some beautiful moments though in his last week and we were a great team. I will miss him terribly.

Writing Rules
I truly admire those who can write good rule books — rule books where everything is clear, terms are defined in the right places, and the illustrations enhance the text in a way that makes everything clear. I love game design. I have been tinkering with rules and modifying games — as well as creating game from whole cloth — since I was about 8 years old, back in the year {transmission garbled}. What I have no experience in, really, is the manufacturing of games. As such, I am having to learn a lot as I work my way through this.
