Consulting, design and production for escape rooms, treasure hunts and immersive experiences.
What we do→Fury Escape Works is a boutique design studio specialising in immersive entertainment. From concept to completion, we create escape rooms, treasure hunts, and murder mystery events that challenge, delight, and surprise.
From first idea to opening day, Fury Escape Works can help create a full escape room experience: concept, story, game flow, puzzles, hint logic, production planning, testing, and launch positioning. The goal is to build rooms that feel coherent, fair, memorable, and exciting - not just a collection of puzzles in a themed space. We can also help define what makes the room marketable and why players should choose it.
Good rooms can often become much better without being rebuilt from scratch. We can playtest or audit an existing escape room and identify broken flow, unfair puzzles, confusing clues, weak pacing, hinting issues, or missed story opportunities. The result is a practical improvement plan: what to fix first, what can be changed cheaply, and what will most improve the player experience.
Sometimes the room works mechanically, but the experience still needs sharpening. Fury Escape Works can help improve puzzle logic, rewrite clues, strengthen the briefing and finale, reduce unnecessary text, improve environmental storytelling, and design better hint systems. Smart hints and clearer story beats can make players feel more immersed, more successful, and less frustrated.
English is your friend. A well-localized escape room is much easier to recommend to tourists, traveling enthusiasts, and international teams — and the cost is often much smaller than owners expect. We can help translate and adapt puzzle text, hint systems, briefings, websites, booking descriptions, jokes, cultural references, and in-room materials so international players get the full experience. We can also rework certain puzzles to become language-agnostic, reducing dependence on text and making the game smoother for mixed-language groups.
Fury Escape Works can design custom treasure hunts, mystery murder parties, and puzzle-based events for birthdays, proposals, corporate events, conferences, festivals, museums, or city activations. These can include physical clues, locations, actors, QR codes, online components, printed materials, character secrets, team competition, and final reveals. The experience can be intimate and personal or large-scale and public, depending on the event.
For projects that need a flexible outside expert, we offer general consultancy on escape rooms, puzzle events, operations, player experience, and interactive design. We can also help build custom software for touchscreen puzzles, control panels, scoring systems, online games, treasure hunt platforms, admin dashboards, GM tools, or connected room systems. The advantage is that the software and advice come from people who understand both technology and escape room design.
