As we continue our celebration of Telgorithm’s 5 years in business, I reflect on why we started Telgorithm in the first place: Businesses deserve a messaging provider that is transparent, accountable, and built for the long term. And giving that to our customers means everything to this team. In the beginning, the A2P 10DLC ecosystem was just introduced and becoming increasingly complex. Compliance was evolving fast, deliverability was inconsistent, and SaaS platforms were struggling to get reliable answers from telecom providers. Myself and my co-founder Yury Semerikov saw the problem firsthand while we were building in the vertical SaaS world ourselves and we knew infrastructure providers needed to do better. So we built Telgorithm. 🚀 This month marks 5 years in business, and I’m incredibly proud of what our team and customers have built together: • 100% customer retention since launch • Profitable and growing • Billions of messages sent • Hundreds of thousands businesses supported through registrations • Early and continued investment in a team of A2P 10DLC experts • Granted a patent in 2025 for our Smart Queueing technology that saves customers millions in failed messaging • Expanding into RCS and growing our voice platform in 2026 What I’m most proud of, though, isn’t just the growth. It’s the trust. Telgorithm powers mission-critical infrastructure for businesses that rely on messaging and voice every single day. That responsibility has shaped how we build products, how we support customers, and how we grow our company. We’ve never believed in chasing every shiny object or rushing products to market. From day one, we focused on building foundational infrastructure the right way with performance, compliance, uptime, and long-term reliability at the center. That intentionality is why many of our earliest customers are still with us today and continue to expand with us year after year. When we launched Telgorithm 5 years ago, Smart Queueing was already part of our platform. We believed proactive throughput management wasn’t optional for 10DLC messaging—it was foundational. So we invested early to build it. We assumed the rest of the industry would too. The biggest difference isn’t the process itself, it’s the consequences of getting it wrong.
