We are a 501(c)(6) non-profit organization dedicated to establishing Oregon as a world-class sparkling wine region and telling the story of Oregon’s fast-growing traditional method sparkling wine movement.
METHOD OREGON IS A COMMUNITY.
Founded by and for passionate sparkling winemakers, Method Oregon follows the example set by Oregon’s pioneering pinot noir producers. We are uniting our voices to tell the story of our unique region and the diverse portfolio of incredible sparkling wines it creates.
METHOD OREGON IS A SYMBOL OF EXCELLENCE.
The Method Oregon mark represents one of the most rigorous standards in the world for traditional method sparkling production. When you see the Method Oregon mark on a bottle, it should be understood as a symbol of exceptional quality, deep care for the land, and strong community.

Bottles bearing the Method Oregon mark or name must meet rigorous standards for sourcing, production, farming, and labeling.

Effective 2029, source fruit must be farmed exclusively with organic inputs or from LIVE certified vineyards farmed without the use of synthetic herbicides.

Effective 2029, Method Oregon wine labels must show the source AVA(s) and disgorgement date.
