  • Concept Development: We began by developing a concept that reflects the modernity and sophistication of Peninsula Business Park. The design aimed to convey the high standards and premium quality of the development. 

  • Brochure Design: The brochure was meticulously designed to provide a comprehensive overview of Peninsula Business Park. It included detailed information about the development, floor plans, amenities, and sustainability features. The use of high-quality images and elegant typography enhanced the visual appeal of the brochure. 

  • Massive Gatefold: A standout feature of the brochure was the massive gatefold, designed to provide an immersive experience for the reader. When unfolded, the gatefold revealed a panoramic view of the business park, highlighting its scale and grandeur. This feature was instrumental in creating a lasting impression on potential tenants and investors. 

  • Attention to Detail: We paid meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every element of the brochure, from the paper quality to the printing techniques, exuded luxury and professionalism. This attention to detail was crucial in reflecting the premium nature of Peninsula Business Park. 

Results: The comprehensive branding and promotional communication initiative for Westin Oberoi Garden City successfully established a strong and cohesive brand identity. The new visual elements and marketing materials have enhanced brand recognition, while the event promotions and guest engagement strategies have effectively attracted and retained guests.
