She worked on a part-time basis for Bolesworth Castle Estate and at Kelsall Hill Equestrian Centre, whilst her work as a volunteer included the Thoroughbred Rehabilitation Centre in Lancashire.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy career will always be driven by a desire to understand and advance the health of equines in both sport and recreation. Consequently, I am also motivated by the challenges that threaten the long-term sustainability of the equestrian industry.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Upon graduating and with a burgeoning interest in the horseracing industry, Laura was fortunate enough to secure a place on the British Horseracing Authority&#8217;s Graduate Programme.
