The companies collectively invest over \u00a31million each year into the development of their trainees and into Reaseheath\u2019s International Dairy Academy.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_81320\" style=\"width: 505px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reaseheath.ac.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Pic-9-Chris-Beardshaw.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-81320\" class=\"size-portfolio wp-image-81320\" src=\"https:\/\/www.reaseheath.ac.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Pic-9-Chris-Beardshaw-495x400.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"495\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.reaseheath.ac.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Pic-9-Chris-Beardshaw-495x400.jpg 495w, https:\/\/www.reaseheath.ac.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Pic-9-Chris-Beardshaw-845x684.jpg 845w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 495px) 100vw, 495px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-81320\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Chris Beardshaw<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Describing his job as the \u2018\u201cbest in the world\u201d, newly appointed Principal and CEO Marcus Clinton told a packed audience that Reaseheath\u2019s specialist technical qualifications gave graduates the transferable skills and competitive edge to succeed.<\/p>\n<p>A campus wide investment of \u00a380m had resulted in the college having industry standard facilities and resources which were recognised as among the best in the country and designed to meet the future needs of employers.<\/p>\n<p>A major extension at University Centre Reaseheath, aimed at accommodating the growing demand for Reaseheath degrees, was providing a wonderful learning environment for over 800 undergraduates. The degrees were designed, resourced and delivered in partnership with relevant industries and graduates were poised to enter a sector where their skills would make them highly employable and able to take advantage of worldwide opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>This investment, which would lead to an expansion of degree courses, had been supported by capital grants from the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.871candwep.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership<\/a>. Reaseheath students were also supported by a team of lecturing and technical experts who had wide experience in industry.<\/p>\n<p>The graduates, who included part-time mature students looking for career progression, had studied for degrees validated by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.harper-adams.ac.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Harper Adams University<\/a>.
