She aims to complete her full BHS Stage 2 qualification in 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Kelsie was selected for her award by Reaseheath assessors due to her attention to detail, outstanding customer service, passion and determination.<\/p>\n<p>Her employer, Nathalie Ecclestone BHSI said: \u201cWe are very proud of the way Kelsie has approached her apprenticeship and thrilled that she was recognised with this award. She is a very methodical and efficient person who is able to plan, prepare and learn.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShe has become a very valuable member of our team due to her hardworking and positive attitude and has quickly progressed to taking on responsibilities. We are confident that she will continue to have a very successful equine career with us and it has been a privilege to help her with her journey.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kelsie\u2019s award was sponsored by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.qqltd.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Quintessential Quarters, Staffordshire<\/a>, which is listed in the top six best kennel or cattery businesses in the UK.<\/p>\n<p>Others who successfully completed their Level 2 Apprenticeship in Horse Care were Chloe Cameron from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Village-Riding-School\/613139135449310\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Village Riding School<\/a>, Warrington, and Fiona MacPherson, who works for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Lymm-Riding-School\/380690622002563\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Lymm Riding School<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reaseheath is one of the country\u2019s leading apprentice trainers and also provides a valuable recruitment service for employers. Together with Dart Training in Derbyshire, the college currently trains over 1000 apprentices <\/strong><strong>in land based industries <\/strong><strong>and is working in partnership with hundreds of large, medium and small employers.
