Earlier today SAME members received an email from Bill Highway that was incorrectly sent out from the vendor due to an error in their configuration settings. These emails should not have been sent out by Bill Highway.
Bill Highway is an official vendor of SAME and is used by SAME Posts for financial and event management.
Please do not take any action with the emails you received from Bill Highway. They have already taken the necessary steps to correct the issue. The company assures us this will not occur again.
Our thanks to all those Post leaders and members who reached out to inform us of this issue; their prompt awareness and communication to us is greatly appreciated.
