• Head of AI Research @ Tinkoff - Founded and led the AI Research department at Tinkoff. We published over 20+ papers at major A* conferences (2+ spotlights). Supported open-source (CORL, ETNA), worked on ML brand development through devrel, PR, and educational activities, and oversaw a student laboratory and joint PhD program with MIPT. I also guided ML career paths and hiring.
• RnD Lead @ Tinkoff - Led NLP, CV and Recsys teams at Tinkoff. We doubled automatic chatbot support coverage and created an internal CV-OCR pipeline with human-in-the-loop validation. I also drove work on an AutoRecSys framework.
• Developed the high-level PyTorch framework, Catalyst (3.3k stars, 7M downloads).
• Led the Data Science team at Dbrain/Handle (YC20).
• Achieved top-tier results in major RL competitions - NIPS: Learning to Run (3rd), NIPS: AI for Prosthetics Challenge (3rd), and NeurIPS 2019: Learn to Move (2nd).
• Graduated with honors from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT).
