Refund Policy
We offer full-featured, 30-day trials for all our products, allowing you to download and test them completely free of charge. We believe in giving our customers the opportunity to thoroughly evaluate our products before making a purchase. Please note that due to the nature of our trial period, we do not provide refunds once the software has been delivered.

License Renewal
Our subscription plans are billed on a yearly basis. For purchases made with a card, the license renewal can be processed automatically or manually based on your preference.
If your initial purchase was made using a purchase order (PO), the license renewal should be done manually. We will send you a reminder notification 30 days prior to the renewal date to ensure you are aware of the upcoming renewal process.
