- Lesbians for all of our history have been attacked and threatened with rape and assault because of our sexual orientation and rejection of men and penises. It used to be that straight men were the ones instigating the attacks. But in recent years we noticed a horrifying shift.
- Dear LGBTQ organizations and media: Name calling and shaming will not affect positive change. Biological sex is real and gender is the social construct. You cannot change biology. This is all that was being said by @jk_rowling.
- AfterEllen is not an LGBTQ site. We are a lesbian site creating content for lesbian and bisexual women. We broke away from the LGBTQ as an institution when we started to see it heading in a direction we don't agree with. But now we are seeing something particualry sinister.
