    We’ve been working on the @momofuku COVID-19 safety protocol for 4 months. It’s by no means perfect, nor a solution for all restaurants If possible I think it’s important we all start to work off the same page, to start a dialogue to help each other out momofuku.com/health-safety/…

    My dad passed away today from cancer. He immigrated to America from Korea in 1963. Joe Chang lived a full life and sacrificed so much for his family. He leaves behind his wife of over 50 years, 4 kids and 5 grandchildren. Rest In Peace dad. I’m glad you got to see Hugo’s 돌 ❤️

    Many restaurants won’t survive to see the new year without a stimulus bill from congress. It didn’t have to go down like this... we couldn’t have prevented the pandemic but we most certainly could’ve mitigated this outcome We’ve been headed for this iceberg for almost 9 months
