The SPR should be used as an asset to protect global energy, not as an ATM machine to win midterms. Thanks to President Trump and @SecretaryWright, we are exchanging oil barrels to meet supply disruption while receiving additional barrels at no cost to the U.S. taxpayer.

I am very proud of @POTUS’ courage, I’ve not met anyone who’s comfortable with a nuclear armed Iran. This conflict will pass. But Democratic policies that drive up electricity prices, gasoline prices, diesel prices—those have been permanent.
