    Naomi Osaka’s trainer had a contract that guaranteed him 20% on her earnings. However, he failed to have the contract with Osaka (a minor at the time) court approved. He ends up with nothing. Here’s more on the dismissal:

    2 South Carolina legislators plan to introduce a bill in Jan 2020 that would allow college athletes to profit from their name, image and likeness (publicity rights). They want to make schools put $ into a trust fund for players to collect after graduation.
