- The American flag has flown beside @USArmy through every major conflict since its founding 251 years ago. Today we honor both and 19th Precinct members who’ve served—and still serve—our flag and nation. Happy 251st Birthday, U.S. Army, and Happy Flag Day! 🇺🇸
- 🚧STREET CLOSURE: TODAY, Sun, 6/14 starting at approx. 10am for the National Puerto Rican Day Parade, the following streets will closed to vehicles: • 5th & Madison Avenue: East 42nd St. to 86th St. & cross streets along route. MTA busses will be rerouted to Lexington Avenue.
- ⚠️NO PARKING ADVISORY: Starting at 6AM Sat. 6/13 to 6PM Sun. 6/14 for the National Puerto Rican Day Parade, the following is a no parking zone: • 5th Avenue & Madison Avenue: East 42nd St to 86th Street & some cross streets along the route — cars will be towed and relocated.
- Red means STOP — even on two wheels. It’s not optional, but it keeps all of us safe. Stop fully, stay aware, and ride safe!
- Reminder: There is NO Community Council Meeting tonight. Our final meeting before summer recess has been rescheduled to Tuesday, June 16th at 6:30 PM.
