- For a number of months now, Iโve been slowly weaned off my antidepressants as I got to a stage where I didnโt think they were working for me anymore (personal choice that I spoke to my GP about) This morning Iโve been completely taken off them after 7 years. Iโm so proud of me๐ฅณ
- Just to clarify. Iโm a single parent with two children. I donโt get to go out and socialise with my friends. I am here on my own. When they are asleep, Iโm on my own with my own thoughts and anxiety. So when I ask for company itโs a chat with people about football or interests.
- Anybody free for a chat? Heads all over and some company would be much appreciated please ๐ฅฐ I understand itโs a Sunday evening though and people have a life unlike me ๐๐
- Is it just me then that thinks Nandoโs is massively overrated? ๐คทโโ๏ธ Iโm prepared for all of the hateful messages now ๐คฆโโ๏ธ๐
- I look an absolute loser writing this but Iโve never ever felt more alone and lonely in my life than I have recently.
- Being a single parent can be so lonely at times. โFriendsโ donโt want to know you because you canโt make plans, people donโt want to get to know you because you have kids, I love my boys and wouldnโt change it for the world! But it doesnโt half get lonely ๐
- Do you know what annoys me more than anythingโฆ when I get asked which team I support. I tell them Iโm a Rochdale fan. Then people ask me who my Premier League team isโฆ I donโt have one. I am a ROCHDALE fan ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ

- I was the girl that didnโt think there was a way out. Depressed and wanted to end it all. Today Iโm 5 months off my antidepressants and Iโm so proud of the person I am today. Never give myself any credit but I really am proud ๐ฅน๐๐ป
