    Family safe at home. Never taking those words for granted again. Thank you for everyone who helped get so many to safety. Thank you for my players grabbing my own kids to safety. Thank you to all who reached out to check on us. Heartbroken for all involved. Love on your people.

    Proud dad moment! 9yr old daughter has never touched barbell before. We’ve been watching @allthingsgym videos & waiting on the olympics. She said she wanted to come try today. 1 hour & her confidence is through the roof! We MUST invest in young girls & boys in the weightroom!

    What a wild & awesome day with Hudson! Little guy had his last day in school in Texas then traveled up with me to a quick lunch at Ted’s with Grandpa and then his first @YellowjacketsFB Team Camp! He had to try on the #StingEm🐝🤙 Swag of course! #Blessed to be this guys dad!
