    Having a bad day? Well, just to share that I spent ~1hr accidentally locked up in my bathroom, by a boy I carried for 9 months. My attempts at calling for help failed. Finally, it was still this toddler who unlocked the door. Not to save me, but to report: “My balloon burst”.🤦🏾‍♀️

    Banky and Adesua’s testimony further reinforces why I always scream... Stop pressuring couples. Stop asking unnecessary questions. Stop cracking mindless jokes. Stop feeling entitled. Be a safe space. Be sensitive. Mind your business. Many people are fighting unseen battles.🥺

    When Desmond Elliot mentioned pregnant women looting... I half expected that the next humane thing he’d question would be; “How badly have we failed our people that they’d put their lives and their unborn children at risk to loot. Can we retrace and fix this?” Common sense...

    Someone said to me, "Doc, You started work, you are no longer as regular to Church." Me: Those would be my weekend call days. Can't leave the patients Her: "Hmm, don't choose your Job over God." Me: "You wouldn't say that if you were sick in the ward" Medicine is a Ministry🙏

    I am a Dr, yet what I have been shouting for years, it takes one tweet from @aproko_doctor for my family to listen 😄. He is family. Because of Nonso, many Africans with coconut head, are living healthier lives. Influence, is his only crime. The ingratitude & bullying hurts.

    Still feels surreal but I’m somebody’s whole mummy and “snack” now. I cheer when there’s a burp, cry when the colic sets in, and jump when the poop comes through. No amount of theory completely prepares you for this. This is motherhood and I’m here for it🙏🏽. Welcome, Baby Z.

    I lost my cool and yelled at my toddler yesterday. He froze & dropped the sharp he’d been playing with. Mins later, when we resumed eating from the same plate, he paused midway and said; “Mummy, I was naughty. I’m so sorry” My heart melted. Why? Cos I felt sorry but …PRIDE!👇🏽

    Got pregnant. Survived a threatened miscarriage. Got admitted into a competitive MSc programme. Landed a prestigious fully funded scholarship. Became a mum of two. Landed an international Influencer deal. Going back to the altar of my Lord Jesus in thanksgiving. What a year🥹🙏🏾
