- a small reflection - After scrimming SEA teams (even on 100ping from AUS) I truely believe OCE should have an extra slot for APAC Challengers. 1 into the Play-in's and 1 straight into groups. A lot of talent in OCE doesn't get seen becauce of how little support Riot gives to OCE.
