    I am glad to announce that the @officialEFCC have so far recovered the below from the last administration: N4.8billion (tax refund) N111million N50million 10 properties and cash worth over N3.6billion. Investigations are also on to recover part of the N4bn stolen from KW-IRS

    Since I was inaugurated, I have not taken my salary. I’m now donating the accumulated sum, from May 29 to date, to help provide palliative measures to the vulnerable among our people who are at home, and boost our capacity to cope against the Covid-19 if it ever comes to Kwara.

    We have approved N25,000 as daily allowance for medical doctors and varying daily allowance for other categories of health workers involved in our fight against COVID-19. This is to show appreciation to health workers as it’s impossible to pay them for their priceless sacrifices.

    We have received N2bn out of the N4bn relief funds that the Federal Government released to states for the purchase of rice to be distributed en masse to vulnerable members of the public to cushion the effects of fuel subsidy removal. We await a balance of N2bn of the funds as
