    Can't stress enough the importance of great posture. It's the key to unlock your skillset as an infielder. Back completely flat, butt up, chest and face should be down, wrists are cocked. Who's got perfect posture?

    2 PrePitch Movements here. Both moves are athletic, efficient, & effective! 1. Step Right, Split - 3B 2. Right, Left, Hop - SS One’s not necessarily better, rather personal preference. Try them, see which works for you. Note: Infield in, I prefer #2, Infield back, I prefer #1

    An effective drill fielding Routine Groundballs is, “Front Foot Timing,” being on time w/ lead foot. This simple move (coming out of a staggered stance), establishes rhythm, timing, and flow. Be like H2O! #BetterEveryDay #TroskyBaseball #BaseballDrills #FieldingFundamentals

    15 minutes before practice, you should be warming up your glove and footwork. Do this simple short hop drill. Don't lose focus on your posture! Back flat, hinge at the hip. Your body should be still the entire time. Get Better Every Day!
