Since 1998, Engineer Ali Jameel, the Chairman of the company’s board, and Engineer Mohamed Arafa, the CEO of the company, have contributed to the development of several residential projects. In 2021, X-Land Developments was established to reflect their expertise in the Egyptian real estate market.
