Late, as usual, I've discovered a fandom that I previously overlooked. I read an Avengers fic that I loved, then another, and another, and two days later I think it's safe to say that I'm attempting to read ALL THE FIC.

Ever.

I'm not sure anyone's actually reading my posts, which is totally understandable -- I was more or less absent/lurking for a long, long time. But if y'are, and you have any favorites from the 2012 movie-verse, I would love to hear your recs.

It's my birthday, and I haven't felt well all day, but I was determined to look flipping adorable. New coat, good hair, favorite boots ...

Have stumbled onto the Tumblr wagon. The last thing I need is another procrastination-enabler, but it's so ... shiny. *anime eyes*

I'm zeefood, and my tu .. blo ... what do you call your Tumblr page? A blog? A feed? Whatever it is, it currently consists of fannish glee, animals, and whatever catches my magpie-like attention. Collecting fangirls as I find you.

Fandom Peril #438: devouring hundreds of pages of fic, reaching an epic cliffhanger ... and discovering the author flounced and left fandom years ago.

I'm working two jobs and have a third on the side. My busiest month is November. I have trouble finishing even flash- or commentfics.

So I signed up for NaNoWriMo.

Apparently, I like to set myself up for failure.

Is anyone on my flist watching the Beeb's Being Human? I caught a few episodes of the new US version on SyFy and, well. It blows. Seriously, it's more or less unwatchable. But I'd heard people talking positively about the UK version for awhile, and thought I'd check out the original.

Several days later, I came up for air. YOU GUYS.
