How does it work exactly?
+You post what product you want (with the store link). A traveler flying to your city buys it and brings it in their luggage. You pay through Zendinit with protected payment.
Is it legal?
+Yes. Travelers carry products within their personal luggage allowance. It's the same as asking a friend to bring you something when they travel, but organized and with secure payment.
How long does it take for my product to arrive?
+It depends on when the traveler flies. Usually between 3 and 14 days. Much faster than an international forwarder.
What if the product arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
+Your money is in escrow. If there's an issue, you open a dispute. If the traveler doesn't respond within 72 hours, we refund you.
How much do I earn as a traveler?
+The reward is set by the shopper, usually between 15-20% of the product price. On a single trip you can earn between $200-900 USD.
When do I get paid as a traveler?
+Within 48 hours after the shopper confirms delivery. Not weeks or months like other platforms.
