Mr. Amrishbhai Patel is one of the tallest education leaders in India. He is the President of SVKM & Chancellor of SVKM’s NMIMS University. SVKM owns and operates several iconic educational institutions in Mumbai like Mithibai college, Narsee Monjee College, and SVKM’s NMIMS University among many others. His work in water conservation has set an example for the country to follow in his footsteps. Mr. Amrishbhai Patel’s emphasis has always been on practical aspects in the field of education such as research, employability, skill development, and all-round development. 

Dr. Sethna is the first person of Indian origin ever to become president of an American university, the University of West Georgia. During his 19-year tenure as President, he also did two interim assignments as Senior and then Executive Vice Chancellor of the entire state system during which he had functional responsibility for approximately 260,000 students and 10,000 faculty members in all the 35 public institutions of the state. After leaving the presidency, he continued at UWG as a professor of business administration. He has won recognition in instructional innovation in nationwide competitions, among others, and has been personally honoured by Universities and University Presidents in China, Japan, Korea, Saudi Arabia, and countries in Europe. He has been named among the Great Immigrants to the USA. He will bring his immense experience to strengthen the learner-centric curriculum at Universal.

Dr. Sonni is a renowned physiotherapist, fitness trainer and national master-level gold medalist sprinter. She is an Indian and Australian national board-certified rehab specialist and has co-authored books & news articles on fitness and health. She will bring her limitless experience to strengthen the health & fitness curriculum at Universal.

Suraj Bajaj has spent a significant part of his life in the US. Having completed his undergraduate dual degree from the University of Pennsylvania, i.e., Bachelor of Science from the Wharton School of Business and Bachelor of Arts from College of Arts and Sciences, and his MBA from Colombia Business School, Suraj has spent 10 years working at leading investment banks and Big 4 accounting firms where in addition to his work responsibilities, he was involved in recruiting new graduates as well as lateral hires. In 2003, he quit his corporate job to follow his passion for helping people with their careers. At Universal, he will bring his years of experience and expertise to guide students to plan their careers and reach new heights in life. 

Mr. Christian Mouchbahani, Managing Partner at M Capital Group, is a recognized reference in the world of merchant banking, private equity, investment banking and asset management, having held several senior regional and international positions, and board roles in the US, Europe and the Middle East with institutions like Jefferies, Paribas, BNP Paribas, Morgan, Dubai Bank and TNI. He is a member of the President’s Global Council of New York University and a member of the MENA Advisory Board of City, University of London. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.Sc. in Economics from New York University.

Dr. Mandhana is the first Indian counsellor to attend the prestigious Harvard Summer Institute on College Admissions. He is also a proud alumnus of UCLA and the University of Cambridge. For the last many years, he has been helping students to discover their true nature through sophisticated personality, interest and natural talent tests. At Universal, he will help in creating the counselling programme to help students with their education, career, and life purpose.

Dr. Irani is a well-known name in the field of physiotherapy and sports medicine. In the last 3 decades, Dr. Irani has contributed immensely towards the science of physiotherapy and towards the well-being of people. At Universal, he will bring his decades of experience and passion for physiotherapy to strengthen the physical education programme and the sportsmen spirit in our students. 

Mr. Lall is an acknowledged leader in the education fraternity. He is best known for his pioneering transformative ideas in education (concepts like day-boarding & iPads in classrooms), his outstanding commitment to public policy, his exemplary dedication to charities like the Terry Fox Foundation, and his stewardship of a community of 40,000+ current annual students and 4,000+ employees of Universal Education.
